The Butterworth Barlow team takes on Moel Famau

Moel Famau, which translates to “Mother Mountain”, is the highest summit in the Clwydian Range at 554m (1818ft).

On 24 July, we took on the challenge of hiking to the top of this iconic landmark.

This latest team day outing was a fantastic opportunity for everyone to catch up outside the office and enjoy some fresh air together.

The hard work was all worth it when we reached the top and were treated to stunning views of the Vale of Clwyd, Snowdonia, and the Welsh coast. Completing the hike together was a reminder that when we work as a team and encourage each other to do our best, amazing accomplishments are possible!

A few of us brought our dogs along, which added to the fun of our outing and it was clear that our furry friends loved the adventure as much as we did!

All in all, our trip to the Mother Mountain was a brilliant mix of team bonding, exercise, and great company.
